Fire Risk Assessments in the UK

Golden Safety’s assessors are NEBOSH Certificated in Fire Safety and Risk Management trained. We supply Fire Risk Assessments in a format that is preferred by local fire authorities.

Legal Requirement?

Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and The Regulatory Reform (Fire safety) Order 2005 England and Wales place the onus of responsibility squarely on the responsible person. This may be an employer, landlord or any person who has the extent control over the building. As of October 2006, Fire Certificates are no longer a requirement and subsequently no longer have any legal status.
